How the Process Works

1. Fill out the form below by providing us the following info: Order #, Your E-Mail Address, Insurance Company Name, Insured's Name and ID# or Subscriber#, Group#, Date of Birth (both the insured and the patient, if different), Insurance Company Member Services Phone #, Insurance Company Claims Mailing Address.

2. Once our Billing specialist finds out Eligibility, you will be contacted, and asked to provide a prescription from your Doctor. We can also assist you in doing that.

3. After all information is received Compressionsale will file your claim with your insurance carrier within 7 days.

4. Your insurance carrier will process your claim and generally reimburse you within 45-90 days.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Coverage terms are different for each insurance company, and Compressionsale will check with your insurance company to see if the item you need will be covered. (see What to Expect). For many insurance companies, Compressionsale will be an "out of network" provider. However, Compressionsale prices are so much lower than the "in network" providers that it is almost always less expensive for you to work with Compressionsale.

Our company will submit a courtesy billing to your insurance company. Not all insurance companies re-reimburse for medical compression hosiery. The insurance company reviews each case on their own policies and terms. We simply do the courtesy submission on your behalf and save you time and money doing so yourself. The reimbursement will be provided by the insurance company of the buyer. We are simply providing this billing of insurance as a courtesy to our valued shoppers, and it is going to be up to the insurance company if the billing is accepted based on the policy of the buyer and the insurance company rules & regulations.
