Standard Shipping Methods

Standard Saver (USPS)
It's FREE within USA and suitable for most orders. Sent via USPS. Typical shipping time is 4-7 business days (excludes weekends) but please allow 8 business days before contacting us in the event of not receiving your order. Certain heavier items will have a shipping charge including washing solutions ($2.95 or $9.95 for 1 quart), stocking donner ($4.95), and bandage rolls ($7.95). Anything under $7.00, we add a $2.95 charge. Free Same Day S&H when ordered before 2pm.

Canada Shipping (USPS)
Canadian shipping is FREE on orders of $99 or more and only $4.95 on orders under $99. Shipments to Canada are made via the Global Mail Parcel Priority service with delivery by Canada Post or CanPar. Shipments take 7-10 business days. Expedited shipping is available to Canada which takes 3-5 business days.

Expedited Shipping Methods

Ground (USPS Priority Mail)
This is a great shipping choice with timely fast delivery and sent via USPS Priority Mail®. Typical shipping time is 3-6 business days. Delivery time is between 9am and 5pm. Shipping Cut-Off Time is 2pm Central.

Express Saver (FedEx or UPS)
Fast & economical, and sent via FedEx or UPS. Typical shipping time is 2-4 business days. Delivery is between 9am and 5pm. Orders sent using this service do require a signature on receipt of the goods. Shipping Cut-Off Time is 3pm Central.

2nd Day Air (FedEx or UPS)
Two-day orders are sent via FedEx or UPS shipper. Typical shipping time of 1-2 business days. Delivery time is between 9am and 5pm. Shipping Cut-Off Time is 3pm Central.

Next Day Air (FedEx or UPS) Suitable for very urgent orders. Next-Day orders are sent via FedEx or UPS shipper. Typical shipping time of 1 bd. Delivery time is between 9am and 3pm. Shipping Cut-Off Time is 6pm Central for Next Day Air.

Shipping Cut Off Times

If your compression garments order is placed by cut off time, your items are usually shipped the same day. Your tracking number will be emailed to you should you wish to track your package.

Can I Track My Delivery?

Yes, all shipping methods are assigned a tracking number which is sent to the email on the order upon shipment. Please check your spam inbox before contacting us, as on-occasion the tracking information may end up there. Please contact us if you have not received a tracking number with your e-mail shipment confirmation. and we will be happy to give it to you. Please allow 1-2 business days before requesting a tracking number. Have your order id number ready when you call.
