• It's FREE within USA and suitable for most orders. Sent via USPS.
• Typical shipping time is 5-10 business days (excludes weekends) but please allow 10 business days before contacting us in the event of not receiving your order.
• Exception. Canada orders (Add a charge of 2.95, and 7-14 BD).
• Exception. Anything under $7.00, we add a $2.95 charge.

• Fast & economical, and sent via FedEx or UPS.
• Typical shipping time is 2-4 business days.
• Delivery time is between 9am and 5pm.
• Orders sent using this service do require a signature on receipt of the goods.

2nd Day Air (FedEx or UPS)

• Two-day orders are sent via FedEx or UPS shipper.
• Typical shipping time of 1-2 business days.
• Delivery time is between 9am and 5pm.

Next Day Air (FedEx or UPS)

• Suitable for very urgent orders.
• Next-Day orders are sent via FedEx or UPS shipper.

Shipping Cut Off Times

If your compression garments order is placed by cut off time, your items are usually shipped the same day. Your tracking number will be emailed to you should you wish to track your package.

Can I Track My Delivery?

Yes, all shipping methods are assigned a tracking number which is sent to the email on the order upon shipment. Please check your spam inbox before contacting us, as on-occasion the tracking information may end up there. Please contact us if you have not received a tracking number with your e-mail shipment confirmation. and we will be happy to give it to you. Please allow 1-2 business days before requesting a tracking number. Have your order id number ready when you call.
