Core-Spun Support Socks for Men & Women 10-15mmHg

The Therafirm Core-Spun line is made by wrapping fibers around an inner fiber. This unique process enhances the durability, comfort, and effectiveness of the compression socks. Delivers a graduated pressure of 10-15 mmhg which is greatest at ankle and gradually decreases towards the top of the stocking for better blood flow. Comfort top to help them staying in place all day.

These Therafirm compression stockings come equipped with innovative "CoolMax" yarns that are designed to help evaporate moisture in order to keep you comfortable, all day long.

Measuring Guide for Compression Stockings

Measuring your legs for compression stockings, support socks, support hose, and gradient compression hosiery:.

  • For knee-highs: measure around your ankle and calf. Then, measure the distance from the floor to the back of your knee.
  • For thigh-high and pantyhose: measure around your ankle, calf, and upper thigh. Then, measure the distance from the floor to your upper thigh (bottom of your buttocks).

An Important Measuring Tip...
If swelling is an issue with you, measure your legs, first thing in the morning, after you get out of bed. This is when swelling is at a minimum, and the size of your legs should remain once the swelling is eliminated. Each of our compression products has a sizing chart on the product page.

Measure around the ankle at the narrowest point, generally above the ankle bone.
Measure around the calf muscle at the widest part.
Measure from the floor to the bend behind the knee.
Measure around the thigh approx. 3" below the gluteal fold (crease of buttocks).
Measure the distance from the bottom of your buttocks to the floor.

Sizes may differ between various brands of support stockings. Keep in mind that each manufacturer of support hose has their own sizing chart. A medium size in one brand of circulation stockings, may not be a medium in another. Some brands of compression stockings offer petite (shorter) lengths, while others do not. Knowing your measurements will ensure you get compression hosiery that fits properly and comfortably.

Wonderful, just wonderful, I can't say enough good things, I've been buying them for a while. Very nice product.

My wife wears these, and they seem to work wonders for her leg swelling.

I was looking everywhere for some support socks that do well with moisture evaporation. I live in Miami, but I still need to treat my leg condition, so these ended up working out great.

They definitely last a long time, and I was totally impressed with their durability. They've done wonders for my unsightly spider veins. Corespun is definitely my stockings of choice.

I'm definitely a fan of these support socks, mostly because nobody can tell that they're support socks. Basically you can treat whatever your leg ailment is, while simultaneously looking good. It's a win-win.

I hated the thought of wearing compression hose. But I'm a diabetic and I've got a lot of vein issues. These actually feel like sox and they compress everything to give me the energy I need without compressing too much to make me want to yank them off.

I ordered several different brands, not knowing what would work. It wasn't even a close contest. These are so superior to everything else I couldn't believe I finally found something. They are soft and have no toe seam to irritate sensitive skin. Because of the core spun design they don't bite into my swollen ankles. They stay up with a comfortable top band that doesn't bind. My only complaint would be that the foot part is too big - but that would my problem as I have fat legs with little feet. It's a small issue. 5 stars

Let me first say I really liked these socks and wore them daily and was very satisfied with the reduction in pain and swelling. Socks were machine washed in quality laundry detergent and always air dried and always air dried. The issue is that the material in the sole area is rotting out with holes developing in non-wear areas, after only a few months. for the price this is unacceptable. Five stars for results, one for durability.
