Body adhesive for compression stockings is a skin-safe spray or roll-on product applied to the skin at the top of thigh high stockings to prevent slipping or rolling down. It provides additional security for active individuals or those with difficulty keeping stockings in place despite the stocking's silicone top band.

Compression stocking body adhesive products are formulated to be skin-safe, but individuals with sensitive skin or known allergies should test a small area before full application. Body adhesive can generally be used with thigh high compression stockings from all major brands including JOBST, Sigvaris, Juzo, Therafirm, and Truform. It is not a substitute for properly fitting stockings — if your stockings consistently slip or roll, sizing may be the primary issue.

Body adhesive for compression stockings can be removed from skin with warm water and soap, or with a gentle oil-based cleanser. Most products are designed to wash off easily after stocking removal. Gently rolling the stocking down the leg makes removal easier and prevents skin irritation.

In addition to body adhesive, properly fitted stockings with well-functioning silicone top bands are the primary factor in keeping thigh highs in place.
