Processing Timeline
- Standard Processing: 1-2 business days before shipment
- Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days will be processed the same day
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day (Monday)
- Expedited Orders: Processed on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)

Carrier Delays
CompressionSale.com is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Once your package leaves our facility, delivery times are dependent on the carrier. Weather conditions, natural disasters, and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery times.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for address corrections or reshipments.
Lost or Damaged Packages
While rare, sometimes packages get lost or damaged during transit. If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and building management first. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately.
- We will work with the carrier to investigate lost packages
- Claims must be filed within 30 days of the delivery date
- For damaged items, please retain all packaging materials and take photos
- We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including replacement or refund options
