Order processing & handling
Same-day dispatch
In-stock orders placed before 2 PM CST typically ship the same business day. Orders after the cutoff ship the next business day.
Tracking included
Every order ships with a tracking number, emailed to you as soon as your package is on its way.
U.S. delivery
We ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and APO/FPO addresses.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, we email a tracking number to the address on your order. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder before reaching out.
- All shipping methods include a tracking number.
- Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking to update after dispatch.
- Have your order number ready if you contact us about a shipment.
Lost, damaged, or delayed packages: Estimated delivery times can be affected by weather, carrier delays, and other factors outside our control. If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at [email protected] and we'll help make it right.
Back-ordered items
If an item becomes back-ordered after you order, we'll contact you using the details on your order to let you know your options — wait for the item to arrive, or swap it for an available alternative. Back-ordered items ship using your original shipping selection as soon as they're back in stock.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard / Ground shipping is free on orders of $99 or more — it's applied automatically at checkout. Orders under $99 ship Standard / Ground for a flat $6.95.
When will my order ship?
Most in-stock orders placed before 2 PM CST ship the same business day. Delivery time after that depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and APO/FPO addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking to update, and check your spam folder if you don't see the email.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Reach out to us at [email protected] with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a resolution.
