Then, measure the distance from the floor to the back of your knee. -
For thigh-high and pantyhose: measure around your ankle, calf, and
upper thigh.

"I have been wearing some form of Sigvaris compression leg wear for 30+ years for preventive care. Prior to “investing” in the Sigvaris brand, I purchased and solely wore compression travel socks from the airport kiosks! This is the first time I considered ordering colored/ patterned knee socks in light compression for daily wear. Yesterday, I wore an argyle patterned pair all day from morning through mid evening under leggings. The socks’ fabric and texture were comfortable and stayed in place even though I was bending and twisting, etc. , while gardening and house cleaning. After reviewing the directions for the correct way to put on and take off the socks, they were easy to handle. I have purchased 3 other knee sock styled brands in the recent past because their price point was lower… however, was disappointed in the quality of the socks, fit and discomfort after wearing for more than a few hours. I realized that the Sigvaris brand offers the best value for quality, durability, and style."
