Measure around the ankle at the narrowest point, generally above the ankle bone.
Measure around the calf muscle at the widest part.
Measure from the floor to the bend behind the knee.
Measure around the thigh approximately 3 inches below the gluteal fold (crease of the buttocks).
Measure the distance from the bottom of your buttocks to the floor.
Sizes may differ between various brands of support stockings—each manufacturer has their own sizing chart. A medium in one brand may not be a medium in another, and some brands offer petite (shorter) lengths while others do not. "This compression garment is looser than what a 30-40 mmHg garment should be. It feels more like 10-20. The tensioner on their knitting machine must have been out of adjustment. To put it mildly, I can’t tell the difference between it and a regular pair of pantyhose. This product has convinced me to keep with garments that have the toe in rather than open toe garments for winter wear."
