JOBST Opaque are everyday comfortable compression stockings that combine functionality with a soft, pleasant feel. Their refined opacity has excellent concealing properties and helps to cover small imperfections.
JOBST Opaque compression stockings combine compression therapy with comfort. The refined opacity and knitting structure discreetly cover small imperfections, while a special blend of soft yarns ensures comfortable wearing. Our medical compression garments are designed to counteract leg swelling. The garments apply gradient compression, meaning most pressure is on the ankle level, decreasing up the leg, correlating to the decreasing venous pressure.

How to measure your legs for compression stockings, support socks, support hose, and gradient compression hosiery.

Measure around the ankle at the narrowest point, generally above the ankle bone.

Measure around the calf muscle at the widest part.

Measure from the floor to the bend behind the knee.

Measure around the thigh approximately 3" below the gluteal fold (crease of the buttocks).

Measure the distance from the bottom of your buttocks to the floor.
Sizes may differ between various brands of support stockings—each manufacturer has their own sizing chart. A medium in one brand may not be a medium in another, and some brands offer petite (shorter) lengths while others do not. Knowing your measurements will ensure you get compression hosiery that fits properly and comfortably. Sizing charts are located on every product’s “see details” page.
