Jobst® Farrowwrap® Lite Trim-To-Fit Legpiece can be customized to fit most individuals and trimmed as the swelling in the leg is reduced. The short stretch fabric will not fray or roll and can be machine washed. Velcro fasteners make this garment easy to don and easy to adjust.
Jobst® Farrowwrap® Lite Trim-To-Fit Legpiece provides 20-30mmHg and is designed to treat mild to moderate edema and lymphedema. Trim-To-Fit needs to be trimmed by your therapist.

How to measure your legs for compression stockings, support socks, support hose, and gradient compression hosiery.
Where to Measure
- For knee-highs: measure around your ankle and calf. Then measure the distance from the floor to the back of your knee.
- For thigh-highs and pantyhose: measure around your ankle, calf, and upper thigh. Then measure the distance from the floor to your upper thigh (bottom of your buttocks).

How to Properly Measure and Apply Compression Stockings
The Key Measurements
Ankle
Measure around the ankle at the narrowest point, generally above the ankle bone.
Calf
Measure around the calf muscle at the widest part.
Length
Measure from the floor to the bend behind the knee.
Thigh
Measure around the thigh approximately 3" below the gluteal fold (crease of the buttocks).
Thigh Length
Measure the distance from the bottom of your buttocks to the floor.
Sizes may differ between various brands of support stockings—each manufacturer has their own sizing chart. A medium in one brand may not be a medium in another, and some brands offer petite (shorter) lengths while others do not. Knowing your measurements will ensure you get compression hosiery that fits properly and comfortably. Sizing charts are located on every product’s “see details” page.
