Juzo Basic delivers reliable graduated compression at an accessible price, designed for everyday wear and consistent performance.
30-40 mmHg is extra-firm compression - used for more severe edema, lymphedema management, and venous insufficiency.
Hand wash or machine wash on a delicate cycle in cool water. Do not bleach. Hang dry - do not tumble dry, iron, or dry clean. Refer to the Juzo size guide on this page to find your correct size by measuring the appropriate body circumferences. For best results, replace your garments every 4-6 months of regular wear.

15-20, 20-30, 30-40 mmHg compression

How to measure your legs for compression stockings, support socks, support hose, and gradient compression hosiery.
An important measuring tip: take your measurements with a tape measure, as shown below. Sizing charts are located on every product’s “see details” page for your convenience. If you need further assistance, please call 1-800-504-7315 or Live Chat with us.

Measure around the ankle at the narrowest point, generally above the ankle bone.

Measure around the calf muscle at the widest part.

Measure from the floor to the bend behind the knee.

Measure around the thigh approximately 3" below the gluteal fold (crease of the buttocks).

Measure the distance from the bottom of your buttocks to the floor.
Sizes may differ between various brands of support stockings—each manufacturer has their own sizing chart. A medium in one brand may not be a medium in another, and some brands offer petite (shorter) lengths while others do not. Knowing your measurements will ensure you get compression hosiery that fits properly and comfortably. Sizing charts are located on every product’s “see details” page.

"Eve the larger size you exchanged were too tight"
"Seems like perfect quality, but too difficult for me to get on. Will keep trying."
"MY problem with these is that unless you have straight legs through your knees they roll down. And this creates a tourniquet effect. I thought they might be a cheaper alternative to my regular Juzo’s with the silicone band. But I’m back to my regulars even if they cost more."
"Love love these been a return customer for many years never disappointed"
"Decent price for product. Juzo socks are good socks, but a bit pricey. For the price, I wished they had reinforced heels in them. That is always the part of the sock to fails first."
"I like this product for quality and support i have during the day."
"[I decided to return it because size I will be too hard to deal with]"
"The socks are great and do what they are intended to do. I have 2 problems with them. The main problem is that the heal just doesn't last. The heal piece is thinner then the rest of the sock and the stitching on the seam between the heal piece and the rest of the sock just doesn't last very long at all. My other problem with them is the cost. They are very expensive, especially considering that they don't last very long. As for compression socks, I've tried your cheaper socks but the compression isn't as good and they just don't stay up on my leg, so Juzo is definitely better in those ways. I just wished that you would reinforced the heals so that they would last longer. Pics of both the left & right foot showing how they ware are attached."
"As expected. Had to order different stock number from my normal purchase due to stock issues. These seem to be of different material. Concerned about durability. Time will tell."
"Great price and prompt service."
