How do I choose the right size?

Sizing is taken around the bend of your knee. Measure against bare skin with the tape snug but not constricting, and choose the size that corresponds to your measurement on the chart shown on this page. If your measurement falls between sizes, or if swelling materially affects the measurement, contact us or consult a fitter before ordering.

How do I fit and wear it?

Open the support completely by unfastening all hook and loop straps. Position it around the knee so the pressure pads sit on either side of the kneecap, then fasten the straps snugly in this order: immediately below the knee cap, immediately above the knee cap, at the bottom of the support, then at the top. When properly applied it should fit snug but not so tight that it deeply depresses the skin.

How do I care for it?

Fasten all hook and loop straps before washing. Hand wash in cold water with a mild soap and rinse thoroughly until the water is clear. Wrap in a towel to remove excess water — do not twist or wring — then air dry away from heat. Do not tumble dry and do not bleach.
