How to measure your legs for compression stockings, support socks, support hose, and gradient compression hosiery.
An important measuring tip: take your measurements with a tape measure, as shown below. Sizing charts are located on every product’s “see details” page for your convenience. If you need further assistance, please call 1-800-504-7315 or Live Chat with us.

Measure around the ankle at the narrowest point, generally above the ankle bone.

Measure around the calf muscle at the widest part.

Measure from the floor to the bend behind the knee.

Measure around the thigh approximately 3" below the gluteal fold (crease of the buttocks).

Measure the distance from the bottom of your buttocks to the floor.
Sizes may differ between various brands of support stockings—each manufacturer has their own sizing chart. A medium in one brand may not be a medium in another, and some brands offer petite (shorter) lengths while others do not. Knowing your measurements will ensure you get compression hosiery that fits properly and comfortably. Sizing charts are located on every product’s “see details” page.

"Very comfortable."
"Great product."
"I have venous insufficiency leading to lymphedema in my legs. Since wearing the wraps the swelling is under control and they are comfortable--I wear them every day from wake up (6:30-7:30) to 8:30 pm until bedtime around 11:00--the swelling does not return in that time. The only issue I have is the velcro--since I wear them every day it seems to give me issues with attaching in 3-4 months and I need to replace them. Otherwise, I am happy to control my swelling."
"I have used Sigvaris compression Sox for over a year and and they are my choice for compression. I had a good experience with my purchase from your company and will purchase again."
"This product is the best I've found so far for compression. I wish the velcro lasted longer. This item only lasts 6 months, and they are pretty expensive."
"Easy to use and controls my swelling"
"I purchase this often, good product"
"Glad I found this store!"
"Comfortable. I do have some tgrouble using the extenders because the regular size is a tad too small for my upper leg. Product does controp my lymphedema well."
