Measure around the ankle at the narrowest point, generally above the ankle bone.

Measure around the calf muscle at the widest part.

Measure from the floor to the bend behind the knee.

Measure around the thigh approximately 3 inches below the gluteal fold (crease of the buttocks).

Measure the distance from the bottom of your buttocks to the floor.
Sizes may differ between various brands of support stockings—each manufacturer has their own sizing chart. A medium in one brand may not be a medium in another, and some brands offer petite (shorter) lengths while others do not. Knowing your measurements will ensure you get compression hosiery that fits properly and comfortably. Sizing charts are located on every product’s “see details” page.

"Great"
"I love these support hose. They wear well, usually lasting six months or more. Though I measure as a medium size the length is not long enough for me. So,I order a higher support level in a size large and it works for me. The large allows me to stretch the hose to fit my longer legs."
"Haven't worn these yet."
"Works for basic use, could be improved for tougher tasks."
