Designed for firm compression in a wider fit, the Juzo Dynamic Xtra BK Shrinker provides 20-30 mmHg of graduated compression. Part of Juzo's Dynamic Xtra line, it's made with the Dynamic circular knit in an extra-wide fit built for larger, more heavily swollen limbs. A 3.5cm silicone top band holds it securely in place. Well suited to moderate to severe edema and lymphedema in larger limbs. Family-owned since 1912, Juzo draws on more than a century of compression therapy expertise to engineer garments that meet rigorous medical standards.

Where to Measure
- For knee-highs: measure around your ankle and calf. Then measure the distance from the floor to the back of your knee.
- For thigh-highs and pantyhose: measure around your ankle, calf, and upper thigh. Then measure the distance from the floor to your upper thigh (bottom of your buttocks).

How to Properly Measure and Apply Compression Stockings
The Key Measurements
Ankle
Measure around the ankle at the narrowest point, generally above the ankle bone.
Calf
Measure around the calf muscle at the widest part.
Length
Measure from the floor to the bend behind the knee.
Thigh
Measure around the thigh approximately 3 inches below the gluteal fold (crease of the buttocks).
Thigh Length
Measure the distance from the bottom of your buttocks to the floor.
Sizes may differ between various brands of support stockings—each manufacturer has their own sizing chart. A medium in one brand may not be a medium in another, and some brands offer petite (shorter) lengths while others do not.
