Second Skin Men's Casual knee highs deliver 15-20 mmHg moderate graduated compression from ankle to below the knee, held in place by a non-binding comfort band. A cushioned foot with moisture-wicking, anti-microbial yarns. Available in Small to X-Large. This sits in the moderate compression class, indicated for early varicose veins, varicose change during pregnancy, legs that ache by evening, mild puffiness in the ankle, leg or foot.

Measure around the ankle at the narrowest point, generally above the ankle bone.
Measure around the calf muscle at the widest part.
Measure from the floor to the bend behind the knee.
Measure around the thigh approximately 3 inches below the gluteal fold (crease of the buttocks).
Measure the distance from the bottom of your buttocks to the floor.
