About this compression class
20-30 mmHg is firm compression - recommended for moderate swelling, varicose veins, post-surgical use, and after sclerotherapy.
Care & sizing
Hand wash or machine wash on a delicate cycle in cool water. Do not bleach. Hang dry - do not tumble dry, iron, or dry clean. Refer to the Juzo size guide on this page to find your correct size by measuring the appropriate body circumferences. For best results, replace your garments every 4-6 months of regular wear.

How to measure your legs for compression stockings, support socks, support hose, and gradient compression hosiery.
Where to Measure
- For knee-highs: measure around your ankle and calf. Then measure the distance from the floor to the back of your knee.
- For thigh-highs and pantyhose: measure around your ankle, calf, and upper thigh. Then measure the distance from the floor to your upper thigh (bottom of your buttocks).

How to Properly Measure and Apply Compression Stockings
The Key Measurements
Ankle
Measure around the ankle at the narrowest point, generally above the ankle bone.
Calf
Measure around the calf muscle at the widest part.
Length
Measure from the floor to the bend behind the knee.
Thigh
Measure around the thigh approximately 3" below the gluteal fold (crease of the buttocks).
Thigh Length
Measure the distance from the bottom of your buttocks to the floor.
Sizes may differ between various brands of support stockings—each manufacturer has their own sizing chart. A medium in one brand may not be a medium in another, and some brands offer petite (shorter) lengths while others do not. "I only buy this brand because of the length of the stockings and of the quality. All the other brands are too “short “ for me and stop half way up the thigh showing lines through my dress pants. This brand comes all the way up the leg for me. The quality is good and these last the 6 months for me. Got good communications about the order and shipment from the seller.
