Measure around the ankle at the narrowest point, generally above the ankle bone.
Measure around the calf muscle at the widest part.
Measure from the floor to the bend behind the knee.
Measure around the thigh approximately 3" below the gluteal fold (crease of the buttocks).
Measure the distance from the bottom of your buttocks to the floor.
Sizes may differ between various brands of support stockings—each manufacturer has their own sizing chart. A medium in one brand may not be a medium in another, and some brands offer petite (shorter) lengths while others do not. "I ended up buying the wrong size and actually put in for an exchange which was quite easy but in the end I didn’t return them because they fit my husband and he felt they were much more comfortable than the old pair of cheaper drug store hose he had. So I just bought another pair for myself in the correct size!"

However, the unisex aspect mean that for me size 8. 5 W the foot part is an inch too long and makes it difficulty for my toes to be completely free to wiggle. Will order again however, no more jobst or judo as the SL is otherwise perfect for me and long enough in the leg."

"Sigvaris 230 cotton was shipped promptly and but my husband did not open it or tried it because he said I ordered the wrong size of ML instead of LL, so I returned the product for an exchange with the correct size of LL or Large/Long via USPS with Tracking #9500 1145 1592 1099 5718 08 and you would be receiving it by April 13, 2021."
