Collection: Men's Open Toe Compression Stockings

About Open-Toe Compression Stockings

Open-toe compression stockings leave the toes exposed, which suits warmer weather, sandal wear, longer feet, post-surgical needs, and anyone who finds closed toes uncomfortable. The graduated compression on the leg is identical to closed-toe styles — only the toe area differs.

Compression Levels

Choose the level that matches your needs:

  • 8–15 mmHg (Mild) — everyday comfort, light leg fatigue, and prevention; no prescription needed
  • 15–20 mmHg (Moderate) — tired, aching legs, travel, and early varicose veins
  • 20–30 mmHg (Firm) — the most prescribed level: varicose veins, moderate swelling, recovery
  • 30–40 mmHg (Extra Firm) — severe swelling, lymphedema, and CVI, under medical guidance

Choose open-toe when you have toe sensitivity, foot conditions, longer feet that feel cramped in closed toes, or simply prefer toe freedom. A toe slip aid makes them easy to put on.

For everyday comfort and prevention, 15–20 mmHg is most popular. For diagnosed varicose veins or swelling, 20–30 mmHg is typically recommended. For severe conditions, 30–40 mmHg under a doctor's care. With no diagnosis, start at 15–20 mmHg.

Yes — we carry styles for both men and women, and this collection is curated specifically for your fit and style preferences.

Put compression on in the morning before swelling builds, when it's easiest. Turn the stocking inside-out to the heel, ease it over the foot, then roll it up the leg smoothly without bunching. Donning gloves or a stocking donner make higher compression levels much easier — see our Accessories collection.

Measure your ankle and calf circumference (plus thigh and length for longer styles) in the morning before swelling sets in, and match to the specific brand's size chart. Sizing is brand-specific. Our Measuring Guide shows exactly where to measure, and our fitters can confirm by phone.
