Second Skin Men's Dress thigh highs deliver 20-30 mmHg firm graduated compression from ankle to mid-thigh, held in place by a silicone dot stay-up top designed to stay in place without constricting the leg. Soft nylon-spandex in a contemporary rib knit that resembles a specialty-store dress sock. Available in Small to X-Large. This sits in the firm compression class, indicated for legs that ache and tire, established varicose veins, varicose veins in pregnancy, moderate leg swelling.

Measure around the ankle at the narrowest point, generally above the ankle bone.
Measure around the calf muscle at the widest part.
Measure from the floor to the bend behind the knee.
Measure around the thigh approximately 3 inches below the gluteal fold (crease of the buttocks).
Measure the distance from the bottom of your buttocks to the floor.
Sizes may differ between various brands of support stockings—each manufacturer has their own sizing chart. A medium in one brand may not be a medium in another, and some brands offer petite (shorter) lengths while others do not.
