Measure around the ankle at the narrowest point, generally above the ankle bone.
Measure around the calf muscle at the widest part.
Measure from the floor to the bend behind the knee.
Measure around the thigh approximately 3 inches below the gluteal fold (crease of the buttocks).
Measure the distance from the bottom of your buttocks to the floor.
Sizes may differ between various brands of support stockings—each manufacturer has their own sizing chart. A medium in one brand may not be a medium in another, and some brands offer petite (shorter) lengths while others do not. "They are more opaque than sheer. The reinforced toe is about 1/4", not the 1" or more I am used to. They are so hard to put on, I think they are 30 to 40 compression, not 20 to 30. I know the tightness will ease up with time."

Wish you had an option for women with a larger foot size. I wear a size 11. Foot part of stocking is for size 10 or under. My toes are cramped a bit. Overall stockings work well."
