Measure around the calf muscle at the widest part.
Length
Measure from the floor to the bend behind the knee.

"The order took a very long time to get here. Following the size chart provided on web site, I ordered a small, and they were very, very tight. The compression felt good, however I don't know if the seams on these things are going to hold out. The other thing is they smell very bad, like roofing tar. Don't know what kind of chemicals they are using to make these gloves, but they really stink. I've got them hanging in front of a fan now."
