Measure around the ankle at the narrowest point, generally above the ankle bone.
Measure around the calf muscle at the widest part.
Measure from the floor to the bend behind the knee.
Measure around the thigh approximately 3 inches below the gluteal fold (crease of the buttocks).
Measure the distance from the bottom of your buttocks to the floor.

"I ended up buying the wrong size and actually put in for an exchange which was quite easy but in the end I didn’t return them because they fit my husband and he felt they were much more comfortable than the old pair of cheaper drug store hose he had. So I just bought another pair for myself in the correct size!"
