The Ease Opaque Lymphedema arm sleeve from Therafirm, part of Thuasne, delivers 20-30 mmHg true gradient compression for the arm. It is commonly used to help manage upper-extremity lymphedema and swelling, including breast-cancer-related arm swelling, when your clinician recommends compression. An engineered elbow pocket and a 1.5" silicone-dotted top band help the sleeve stay in place, and it comes in Regular and Long lengths. Ultra-stretchy yarns make it easier to put on, and moisture-wicking CoolMax® fibers keep it comfortable through the day. Unisex sizing from Small to X-Large in Sand and Black. Made in the USA.

How to measure your legs for compression stockings, support socks, support hose, and gradient compression hosiery.
Where to Measure
- For knee-highs: measure around your ankle and calf. Then measure the distance from the floor to the back of your knee.
- For thigh-highs and pantyhose: measure around your ankle, calf, and upper thigh. Then measure the distance from the floor to your upper thigh (bottom of your buttocks).

How to Properly Measure and Apply Compression Stockings
The Key Measurements
Ankle
Measure around the ankle at the narrowest point, generally above the ankle bone.
Calf
Measure around the calf muscle at the widest part.
Length
Measure from the floor to the bend behind the knee.
Thigh
Measure around the thigh approximately 3 inches below the gluteal fold (crease of the buttocks).
Thigh Length
Measure the distance from the bottom of your buttocks to the floor.
Sizes may differ between various brands of support stockings—each manufacturer has their own sizing chart. A medium in one brand may not be a medium in another, and some brands offer petite (shorter) lengths while others do not.
