Truform LITES Knee High Dot Pattern 15-20 mmHg — Moderate Below-Knee Support with a Soft Stay-Up Top

Truform LITES knee highs deliver 15-20 mmHg moderate graduated compression from ankle to below the knee, held in place by a soft, non-constricting stay-up top. The sheer knit reads as ordinary hosiery rather than a medical garment, so it wears easily with business and formal clothing. The dot pattern is knit into the fabric rather than printed on it. This sits in Truform's moderate compression class, indicated for minor varicosities, tired legs, minor ankle, leg and foot swelling, and post-surgical support.

  • 15-20 mmHg Moderate Gradient: Truform measures the pressure gradient at four points along the below-knee length to check its distribution.
  • Dot Pattern Knit: A delicate designer-knit pattern suited to business and business-casual wear.
  • Fashionable Sheer Fabric: A fine sheer knit offered across neutral and fashion shades for business or casual wear.
  • Comfortable Soft Top: A soft, non-constricting stay-up band designed for all-day comfort.
  • Roomy Closed Toe Box: A roomy, reinforced toe box designed not to compress the toes.
  • Knit-In Defined Heel: A knit-in heel adds durability and helps orient the stocking correctly.
  • Helps With Minor Varicosities: Supports superficial veins at the pressure class indicated for early varicose change.
  • Helps Reduce Minor Swelling: Helps control fluid accumulation in the ankle, leg and foot through the day.
  • Helps Relieve Tired Legs: Counters the aching and heaviness that follow prolonged standing or sitting.
  • Supports Pregnancy-Related Change: Indicated for minor varicosities that develop during pregnancy.
  • Aids Post-Surgical Recovery: Moderate compression is commonly used to support healing after minor procedures.
  • Supports Venous Return: Graduated pressure assists the calf muscle pump in moving blood back toward the heart.

Do not use compression stockings if the patient has any of the following conditions: severe arterial insufficiency, uncontrolled congestive heart failure, skin infections, red or sensitive skin, hardening of the skin or untreated leg ulcers. Consult physician before application for patients with: impaired sensitivity of the limb, sensitivity to the garment material, or any circulatory disorders.

A women's closed toe knee-high stocking from Truform's LITES range, knit in a fashionable sheer knit, finished with soft top. It delivers 15-20 mmHg moderate graduated compression. Most wearers are managing early symptoms — tired legs, minor swelling, or the first visible veins. Browse the Truform women's range.

The numbers are the pressure at the ankle, measured in millimetres of mercury, decreasing as the garment moves up the limb. At 15-20 mmHg this is Truform's moderate class. Truform indicates it for minor varicosities, minor varicosities during pregnancy, tired legs, minor ankle, leg and foot swelling, and post-surgical support. No prescription is needed. If you're unsure which level applies, our compression therapy guide explains each one, or see our varicose veins.

Compression sizing isn't standardised across brands — a Medium in one brand is often not a Medium in another, so go by your measurements rather than the size you wore last. Measure your ankle at its narrowest point and your calf at its widest, first thing in the morning before swelling builds, against bare skin with your foot flat and the tape snug but not constricting. If your swelling has changed, or you've gained or lost weight, or you're recovering from surgery, re-measure rather than reordering your previous size. Our measuring guide walks through each measurement.

Turn the stocking inside out to the heel, work your foot in first, then roll it up the leg in stages rather than pulling from the top — pulling stretches the band and shortens the garment's life. Rubber gloves or a donning aid make it easier. Full instructions are in our guide to putting on compression stockings.

Wash after each wear in cool or lukewarm water with a gentle solution — never fabric softener or bleach — and always air dry away from direct heat, since a machine dryer permanently damages the elastic. With daily wear and proper care, expect roughly three to six months before the compression declines, so most people rotate two pairs. Full instructions and washing solutions are in our care guide.
