Return eligibility
To keep returns fair and hygienic for everyone, items need to meet a few conditions.
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Unworn and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
- Worn, damaged, or laundered items are eligible for store credit only.
Fees: A $6.85 return shipping fee applies per item (non-refundable). Your first exchange ships free; later exchanges are $6.85, or choose store credit to avoid handling fees.
What can be returned
Most items can be returned for a refund. A few categories are exchange-only or final sale — here's how it breaks down.
Most compression socks, stockings, and sleeves — including Jobst and Sigvaris — when returned unworn within 30 days.
Juzo (accepted only if unopened), Truform, CSX, ReliefWear, Second Skin, and Activa items are eligible for exchange or store credit — no refund.
Clearance items; orthopedic braces & supports; slip-on donning aids; washing solutions, fitting lotions, and donning gloves; anti-embolism stockings; wound care; post-surgical and Farrow Medical wraps; and dyed-to-order products (including Juzo dyed colors).

Unworn items can be exchanged within 100 days. First exchange is free; later ones are $6.85.
Refund timing
Please allow 2–3 weeks for processing once we receive your item. Refunds go to your original payment method.
Exchange pricing
Exchanged items are priced at the current website price at the time the exchange is requested.
Please start returns in the portal first. Qualifying orders returned without prior authorization are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and any shipping or processing charges are deducted from the refund.
Damaged, defective, or undeliverable
If something isn't right, we'll work with you to fix it.
Defective item: Email [email protected] with your order number and clear photos. We'll work with the manufacturer on a replacement or alternative. Normal wear over time — snags, runs, or holes — isn't considered a defect.
Wrong address or refused delivery: Packages returned to us because of an incorrect address or a refused delivery incur a re-shipping fee of $6.85–$9.85 (a flat $9.85 for refusals). Please double-check your address at checkout.

How do I start a return or exchange?

How long do I have to return or exchange an item?
You have 30 days from delivery to start a return for a refund, and up to 100 days from delivery to request an exchange or store credit.
Is there a return shipping fee or restocking fee?
A $6.85 return shipping fee applies per item (non-refundable). Your first exchange is free; later exchanges are $6.85. There's no restocking fee on authorized returns — but returns sent without starting in the portal first may incur a 25% restocking fee.
Which items are final sale and can't be returned?
Final sale items can't be returned or exchanged: clearance items; orthopedic braces and supports; slip-on donning aids; washing solutions, fitting lotions, and donning gloves; anti-embolism stockings; wound care; post-surgical and Farrow Medical wraps; and dyed-to-order products.
Can I return Jobst or Sigvaris compression stockings?
Yes. Jobst and Sigvaris items can be returned for a refund when they're unworn and in original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Can I return Juzo items?
Juzo items are accepted back only if they're unopened, and are eligible for exchange or store credit rather than a refund. Juzo made-to-order dyed colors are final sale.
Can I exchange for a different size?

How do refunds work and when will I get mine?

Returns:
- Eligibility: You may return items within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact. Worn, damaged, or laundered items are eligible only for store credit and cannot be refunded.
- Non-Returnable Items: Final sale and clearance items, as well as certain specified items such as anti-embolism stockings and custom-dyed products, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Return Shipping Fee: A fee of $6.85 is charged for each item returned from the US, which is non-refundable. International customers must purchase their own return labels.
Exchanges:
- First-time Exchanges: Shipping is free for first-time exchanges. Subsequent exchanges will incur a $6.85 shipping fee.
- Eligibility: Unworn items can be exchanged. Worn items are eligible only for store credit.
- Timing: Exchanges and requests for store credit must be initiated within 100 days of delivery.
- Price Adjustments: Exchanged items will be subject to current website pricing at the time of the exchange request.
Processing:
- Timeframe: Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of returns and exchanges.
- Return Approval: Once approved, items must be returned to us within 14 days.
- Exchange/Store Credit Products: All Juzo, Truform, CSX, OTC, FLA Orthopedics, Jobst Relief, McDavid, Reliefwear, Secondskin, Sigvaris Dynaven, and Activa brand items are only available for exchanges or store credit.

What is the cost of a return label?
All exchanges that initially qualified for free shipping will be charged a $6.85 shipping charge (USA). Exchange prices will be based on the website price when the exchange is requested. International customers are responsible for purchasing their own labels.
How do I print this return label without a printer?
If you don't have a printer, please call us, and we can mail your label to you.
Depending on your location, some return/exchange labels can be printed at your local post office.
Which items are final sale?
Juzo brand items, including made-to-order dyed items in colors white, pink, navy, cinnamon, chocolate, agate, amethyst, moonstone, and topaz, are all final sale. All Clearance Items are Final Sale.
In addition, the items mentioned above are non-returnable: anti-embolism stockings, wound care, plastic post-surgical wraps, Farrow medical wraps, and products dyed to order.
What is the exchange policy?
- Unworn items are eligible for exchange.
- Worn items can only be exchanged for store credit
- Exchanged items are subject to pricing at the time of request
- Your first exchange is free, and any subsequent exchanges incur the $6.85 fee.
Can Juzo items be returned?
We will only accept Juzo items back for return if they are unopened due to company policy.
Exceptions of non-returnable items include: anti-embolism stockings, wound care, plastic post surgical, farrow medical wraps, and products dyed to order which include the colors Pink & White Juzo brand.
Can Orthopedic items be returned?
Orthopedic items (Braces & Supports) can only be exchanged or offered a store credit.
RTS (Return to Sender) Policy
A re-shipping fee will be charged for items returned to CompressionSale due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or due to the customer's refusal to accept the package.
This fee is based on the item's weight and ranges from $6.85 to $9.85. In the case of package refusal, a flat fee of $9.85 will apply. Please ensure that the address details provided during the checkout process are accurate and that you are prepared to accept the delivery to avoid these additional charges. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal, we will contact the customer to arrange re-shipping and pay the fee.
What if I received a defective item?
At Compression Sale, we are committed to delivering high-quality compression socks and ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. If you encounter any issues with your product that you believe to be a defect, we are here to help.
Steps to Report a Defective Item:
- Notification: Should you discover what you believe is a product defect, we kindly ask you to inform us within 30 days of your purchase. Please send an email to [email protected].
- Required Information: In your email, include clear photographic evidence of the defect and your order number. This information is crucial for us to assess the situation accurately.
- Assessment Process: Upon receiving your email, we will collaborate closely with our manufacturer to evaluate the defect. Our goal is to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, which may involve providing a replacement or suggesting an alternative product.
Important Considerations:
- Please understand that normal wear and tear, including snags, tears, and runs, are natural occurrences over the life of any compression sock. Such damages are not indicative of a defect and, therefore, are not eligible for replacement or return under our defective item policy.
- Our policy is designed to address genuine defects that affect the performance and quality of our products. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in distinguishing between product defects and normal wear and tear.

Please note: Returned items are shipped via USPS. You will need to drop the return items in a mailbox, at your local Post Office, or schedule a parcel pick-up through the United States Postal Service Website.
