How to measure your legs for compression stockings, support socks, support hose, and gradient compression hosiery.
An important measuring tip: take your measurements with a tape measure, as shown below. Sizing charts are located on every product’s “see details” page for your convenience. If you need further assistance, please call 1-800-504-7315 or Live Chat with us.

Measure around the ankle at the narrowest point, generally above the ankle bone.

Measure around the calf muscle at the widest part.

Measure from the floor to the bend behind the knee.

Measure around the thigh approximately 3" below the gluteal fold (crease of the buttocks).

Measure the distance from the bottom of your buttocks to the floor.
Sizes may differ between various brands of support stockings—each manufacturer has their own sizing chart. A medium in one brand may not be a medium in another, and some brands offer petite (shorter) lengths while others do not. Knowing your measurements will ensure you get compression hosiery that fits properly and comfortably. Sizing charts are located on every product’s “see details” page.

"These are perfect. I would recommend adding more Velcro for more security and better fitting for various waste sizes."
"Fits fine, could stretch a little more for comfort."
"I really like them, I stand on my feet 7 & a half hours, 4 days a week. When I get off work my legs feel good."
"I'm small waisted so I would like to see a little more velcro so I could make the waist tighter. Otherwise, exactly what I was looking for."
"It was what I was looking for. Only complaint is is wish both sides have Velcro on them. The way that they are now is one side of strap with no Velcro is constantly moving which causes the part with Velcro to dig into your back"
"Work well"
"These were far easier to pull onto my legs than other brands. Made my legs feel great all day long! Would recommend using rubber gloves to help put them on."
"These were very comfortable to wear all day and kept my legs(and attitude) feeling good! Didn't feel worn down because my legs felt so good! Definitely would recommend these!"
"Accurate description of item. Fast shipping and good customer service."
"This item's crotchless design is perfect for day-long wear. It makes it possible to relieve myself with ease throughout the day. Im addition, the velco belt makes it easy to put the garment on one leg at a time. The biggest gripe I have is with the "chap staps" that bag outward. You can even see that the model in the photo is somewhat affected. I have no idea why that extra fabric is there."
