How to measure your legs for compression stockings, support socks, support hose, and gradient compression hosiery.
An important measuring tip: take your measurements with a tape measure, as shown below. Sizing charts are located on every product’s “see details” page for your convenience. If you need further assistance, please call 1-800-504-7315 or Live Chat with us.

Measure around the ankle at the narrowest point, generally above the ankle bone.

Measure around the calf muscle at the widest part.

Measure from the floor to the bend behind the knee.

Measure around the thigh approximately 3" below the gluteal fold (crease of the buttocks).

Measure the distance from the bottom of your buttocks to the floor.
Sizes may differ between various brands of support stockings—each manufacturer has their own sizing chart. A medium in one brand may not be a medium in another, and some brands offer petite (shorter) lengths while others do not. Knowing your measurements will ensure you get compression hosiery that fits properly and comfortably. Sizing charts are located on every product’s “see details” page.

"I like them and they are easy to put on but I would like to know if there is a way to get more socks that go with them as the socks wear out and the wraps themselves are going strong. . the socks get holes in them and you have to have something to wear under the wraps. ."
"Great product, takes forever to get. Don’t be in a rush!"
"just what i ordered, very pleased with calf wrap"
"I have not received the ordered product. Yet. i"
"My son needs these for his poor circulation and he is obese so the wraps are much easier for him to put on than traditional compression socks"
"I am looking for something like this for a senior relative who can not do the compression knee highs by herself. Please tell me that the socks that come with the Velcro wrap is not a compression sock! I didn't see much description about the socks. Input is welcome!"
"Best leg compression products. So much better than the Jobst product. Worth the higher price."
"The Velcro wears out too fast. Its life could be extended by having a knee-high sock over it to hold the flaps down, but my wife doesn’t like the socks that come with this wrap. Maybe offer some choices? Putting a knee-high over the wrap would also keep the flaps from getting snagged on something; most likely the pants while putting them on."
"So far, so good. Comfortable, effective"
