These are the most sheer

"These are the most sheer knee-high stockings I can find but they do tear easily. They also lose their compression faster than they used to. I hand wash & lay the out to dry, so it’s not that. They often tear right where the stocking meets the top seam. Very disappointing at $60+ per pair. I have tried sewing them back together at the same but it’s not great. On the other hand, I have to wear them and these are the best I can find."
