How to measure your legs for compression stockings, support socks, support hose, and gradient compression hosiery.

Measure around the ankle at the narrowest point, generally above the ankle bone.

Measure around the calf muscle at the widest part.

Measure from the floor to the bend behind the knee.

Measure around the thigh approximately 3 inches below the gluteal fold (crease of the buttocks).

Measure the distance from the bottom of your buttocks to the floor.
Sizes may differ between various brands of support stockings—each manufacturer has their own sizing chart. A medium in one brand may not be a medium in another, and some brands offer petite (shorter) lengths while others do not. Knowing your measurements will ensure you get compression hosiery that fits properly and comfortably. Sizing charts are located on every product’s “see details” page.

"Extremely difficult to get off over heel"
"At first I was very surprised at how expensive these are. However after wearing them, they are well worth the price. The material is so comfortable and even in this heat they are amazingly comfortable. I had bought a pair at the drugstore thinking I was saving a lot of money but there is no comparison. The Therafirm is definitely worth the money."
"Sorry, but I did not give a final check of my order and it wound up arriving in size S and I need a size L. Will have to send the knee highs back and exchange them for size L."
"NIL"
"They are very tight , hard to wear all day"
"I haven't used them yet. I usually have extra on hand"
"I have been useing these fo over 20 Years and they do what they are supposed to. Searted with a 2Xlarge and had to go to 4X this year but my leg does not swell. Good product, good price, and good delivery time. I am happy."
"It was a struggle to put them on and the band at the top was very tight under my knee. Hopefully, after I wash them the top won't be so uncomfortably tight."
"A little less transparent and lighter color than desired, but acceptable. Felt good on legs all day."
