How we handle proof of delivery and signed proof of receipt for your orders.

Proof of Delivery and Signed Proof of Receipt
In case of a chargeback due to proof-of-delivery confirmation, we will provide tracking information for proof of delivery for USPS, UPS, and FedEx shipments. When a customer places an order, the shipping options they select will not include signature on delivery (also known as proof-of-delivery confirmation).
We do not provide signature-on-delivery confirmation because, if a customer is not present during the delivery window, they will not receive the package. We have therefore decided that it is in our customers’ best interests to not require a signature on delivery. If you require signature on delivery, please call and request that it be added to your order; this constitutes an additional fee, which varies based on postal rates.
