Measure from the floor to the bend behind the knee.
Measure around the thigh approximately 3 inches below the gluteal fold (crease of the buttocks).
Measure the distance from the bottom of your buttocks to the floor.
Sizes may differ between various brands of support stockings—each manufacturer has their own sizing chart. A medium in one brand may not be a medium in another, and some brands offer petite (shorter) lengths while others do not. "This was an excellent purchase and exactly what I wanted. It's not often when a purchase over the mail is satisfactory when you receive it. I have tried it out several times now and it works great. I would highly recommend purchasing this item if you have neck issues. It worked for me."
"I was having severe muscle pain and stiffness in my upper neck muscles that was not getting better with time. I saw a YouTube video of someone trying this out. In the video they were not impressed with it but I felt it was worth a try. The cost was low, so why not. I found it easy to place around my neck and easy to inflate. Once it was inflated I immediately felt relief. I’ve used it 3 times in the last 2 days and my neck feels 100% better. I notice that as I relax for a bit with it inflated it will start to lose air gradually, but no problem the hand held pump is easy to squeeze and pump it back up again. I would definitely buy this again. Best purchase I’ve made in a long time."

"A better description would be "Unique" which summarizes the reality of this item which is unique as it provides comfort to a troublesome neck. I love mine and highly recommend it to others in need."

"you want to be careful . Wear for about 20 minutes at a time and no neck movements while wearing. Seems to relaxe the muscles in the neck area."
"My boyfriend absolutely loves it. . . . . . ."
"Works great"
"does not close up neatly in front so chin protrudes through velcro, when it is inflated"
