The OTC 0310 knee stabilizer retains natural body heat to help soothe aching muscles and provide firm, uniform compression to support a weakened knee, and offers moderate protection from bumps and bruises. The high-tech, perforated material “breathes”, allowing perspiration and moisture to escape for extended wearing comfort. Handcrafted construction includes invisible stitching and heat seal seam tape for added comfort and durability. Effective support and value to keep you comfortably active. - Polycentric hinged bars with flexion and extension stops, provide rigid medial-lateral stability, yet flex and extend naturally with the joint
- Upper and lower hook-and-loop encircling straps maintain stabilizer in correct position; straps are adjustable and removable

Measuring Guide
How to measure your legs for compression stockings, support socks, support hose, and gradient compression hosiery.
Where to Measure
- For knee-highs: measure around your ankle and calf. Then measure the distance from the floor to the back of your knee.
- For thigh-highs and pantyhose: measure around your ankle, calf, and upper thigh. Then measure the distance from the floor to your upper thigh (bottom of your buttocks).

How to Properly Measure and Apply Compression Stockings
The Key Measurements
Ankle
Measure around the ankle at the narrowest point, generally above the ankle bone.
Calf
Measure around the calf muscle at the widest part.
Length
Measure from the floor to the bend behind the knee.
Thigh
Measure around the thigh approximately 3" below the gluteal fold (crease of the buttocks).
Thigh Length
Measure the distance from the bottom of your buttocks to the floor.
Sizes may differ between various brands of support stockings—each manufacturer has their own sizing chart. A medium in one brand may not be a medium in another, and some brands offer petite (shorter) lengths while others do not.
